Website Terms

These terms govern the TintButler product website and early-access waitlist. TintButler is operated by Boswell Technologies, LLC. These terms do not replace a shop tenant's customer service agreement or the separate subscription agreement used when a shop onboards to TintButler.

Early access

Joining the waitlist expresses interest; it does not guarantee admission, a launch date, a specific feature, migration eligibility, pricing, or service availability. We will confirm any commercial terms separately before a paid service begins.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or provide information you do not have authority to share. Product names, copy, artwork, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

Product information

Website descriptions explain the intended product direction and may change as the service is tested. A marketing page is not a warranty that every feature is active for every tenant. Executed subscription, onboarding, data-processing, and service terms control if they conflict with this website.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TintButler is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, inaccurate visitor input, or services outside its reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
